Craving Cheesecake

I've been deprived of cheesecake for quite some time!  So I ate at the Cheesecake Factory last week.  I usually order the Low Carb Cheesecake with Strawberries  - comes with whipped cream and is sweetened with Splenda ®. I don't notice a huge difference between the low carb and The Original cheesecake except not feeling heavy after eating a slice of the low carb cheesecake. After eating there, I still longed for more cheesecake!  I later found a scrumptious no bake cheesecake recipe from  http://cottagemagpie.com/recipes/no-bake-cheesecake .  I made it and topped it off with Comstock blueberry pie filling. I let my mom try it, who also gave some to my dog -.- she didn't believe that I made that cheesecake.  She thought I got it from Marie Callender's  - I was flattered!

Cheesecake Factory

The Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite restaurant chains ever! The reason why I adore this place is that they serve foods from different parts of the US and ethnic foods. I  l o v e  the quality of the ingredients used in their foods. For our appetizer we tried the Vietnamese Spring Rolls - made with rice paper rolled around asparagus, Shiitake mushrooms, carrots, rice noodles, green onion, cilantro and shrimp: My meal was The Incredible Grilled Eggplant Sandwich - comes with roasted red peppers, red onion, melted Mozzarella and garlic aioli on a toasted bun. The name did fit my meal: Mikey had the Orange Chicken - deep fried pieces of chicken breast covered in a sweet and spicy orange sauce with white rice and vegetables: Bronsen had Garlic Noodles - made with spaghettini, shrimp, asparagus, Shiitake mushrooms, tomatoes, and parmesan in garlic sauce: Last and not least, we got cheesecakes! To the left is Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple - creamy c...

Zoozacrackers Deli

My friends and I enjoyed a comp dinner last Monday at Zoozacrackers Deli (thanks Dan!) inside the Wynn . We each had an appetizer, meal, and dessert. I was starving before I came and my three dishes filled me up quick! For my appetizer, I chose these crispy potatoes covered with melted cheese and sour cream. It looked so pretty that I didn't want to eat and ruin it's design! The potatoes were savory, I would go back there just to eat this: My Turkey Reuben sandwich was too much for me. I loved the deli turkey, wished for more sauerkraut inside, the bread was fried in too much butter for me, and was very cheesy. It was so greasy and bad for my arteries, yet so tempting for me to finish it all! I ended up only eating 1/2 of it (I saved the rest for later). I had to make more room for dessert: For dessert, I had a fat cheesecake slice with strawberries. There was a nice vanilla syrup layered on top of it: Their utensils were fancy and curvy, I had to take a pic it:
