|The "healthiest" Thanksgiving meal I've had with my family! We had no traditional Thanksgiving foods instead we had the foods my fiance and I made, chicken, pancit noodles, and buko pie.|

|Motsu ni- pork intestine stew. The meat came in thin cube like strips (my first time seeing them in that form).|
|Gingko nuts- They may look wet in appearance, but the gingko nuts|
tasted dry on the inside and had a bold flavor.
|YuDofu- A tofu soup with ponze. I didn't expect the big cubes of tofu to fill me up the fastest!|
|Ika butter- stir fried squid with butter|
|Tofu steak- Somewhat the shape of a steak, but not a steak!|
|Butabara- pork belly (Tare/Shio)|
|Shiitake- these mushrooms had a nice, thick flesh.|
|Garlic potato- deep fried potato with garlic butter. This is a great dish for all you potato lovers.|
|Tsukune- ground chicken and pork (Tare/Shio)|
|Spicy salmon donburi- They meshed a lot of salmon into that small bowel!|
|Cold soba noodles- These were under the shime section (foods that you should eat last), they hit the spot! The noodles was cold to the point that they were soothing while eating them.|
|Tofu mousse- Homemade vanilla tofu mousse. This dessert was a surprise to me. It may look like just a regular tofu, but its actually sweet!|
|Vanilla ice cream with homemade green tea syrup- The waiter had poured the syrup onto the ice cream in front of me, what a great presentation! Well you can't see the design now that the ice cream has melted...|
